#Slonik in Kuzminki Park

In the middle of May we finished an unusual project - a very, very large inflatable elephant named #Slonik. An inflatable figure of an elephant with a trunk thrown into the sky can be seen right now in Kuzminki Park, where it will stand until August. After that, the author of the installation, Mikhail Tsaturyan, will carry an inflatable art object to the Burning Man 2019 festival in the USA.

The height of an inflatable elephant is 23 meters, such dimensions make it the largest art object ever created in Russia!

According to the artist Mikhail Tsaturyan, this installation is intended to draw attention to the problem of the cruel treatment and extinction of elephants in Africa and Asia.
